I'm not using OS X yet, either, but when I do, I want to get that nifty Marine Aquarium screen saver.

Marine Aquarium here. It's really quite stunning on a 20" Cinema Display.

i dont bother with a screensaver. my machine is never still long enough often enough to worry about getting burned in - with screens these days it would need to be on for months and months to get burned (unlike plasma TV's - beware.) plus the screensaver just uses the processor & videocard for no good reason.

I just have it blanking the screen. I did have Flurry, but it got annoying when I was trying to sleep and there's flurries flying all around the room.

I don't use a screen-saver. I have the monitor set to power off after 10 minutes in energy saver.
I do however run screen-saver on my desktop using BackLight. I currently am using a screen-saver called Cyclone and the other one I use most often is an astronomy one called CosmoSaver. I find the stock screen-saver that come with OSX to really boring so I have about 30 ones I found that I run on the desktop.

I have about 30 screensaver modules installed, but always opt for flurry. I used to always want to use it on my iMac, but the graphics card just couldn't take it. Now that I've got a good card in my new Power Mac, I love watching flurry. It's awesome!

I occasionally try out other screensavers, but I always end up coming back to Flurry. I actually found it BEFORE Apple made it standard on Jaguar (it was originally a third-party screensaver), so I should get bonus points for that.

No "screen saver" for several reasons:
1. My screens don't need saving (neither do yours) 2. I'd rather use the cycles for Seti@Home 3. I'd rather the monitors go to sleep after 10 minutes and save the heat output |

Mine is set to folding@home but regardless the screen is set to go off under energy saver after 30 min.

Marine Aquarium. It's super-neat, especially on a dual monitor setup

I have my display go to sleep , rather than use a pretty screen saver. I think it's a waste to burn the display with compelling screen savers. I spent a lot of money on this thing... I want it to last.

when I use one I use a screensaver called Abstract Motion, but I generally just have my monitor set to sleep.
