What did Apple ever do about all of those sparkling grainy displays, (before the LED screens), on the MBP? I am not talking about the newer MBP's with much better displays.
My gf has the 2.33 Ghz model with a grainy display and now that the dust has settled I wonder if Apple has been replacing the screens or not. I remember in the past there was a thread about the issue on apple.com with thousands and thousands of views and hundreds and hundreds of replies regarding the grainy displays. Did people just decide to live with them, or get them fixed somehow?
