Replace Airport Express with Airport Extreme BS

I'm now using an Airport Express for iMac G5 1.8 Gig, Windows desktop, MBP and Dell laptop. I'm about to upgrade to an Airport Extreme. Do I have to change the wireless card in my iMac G5? How about the Dell desktop?

Is this upgrade a good move or not?
 
The Airport Extreme base station suppors B, G, and N wireless. You shouldn't have to change your wireless cards if they are working correctly with the Express.
