Toast Titanium Error/Drive Error

I'm trying to burn an img to disk with Toast Titanium, but every time it stops at 27% with following error

Any Help, it's quite infuriating because I'm wasting discs here.

I'm starting to think it's a problem with my disc drive, which I hope it isn't because I only got my mac a month ago.
 
Titanium Toast Error Help

I am trying to burn a disc to mp3 using toast titanium. I keep getting an error message saying the following:

The Drive reported an error;
Sense Key = Medium Error
Sense Code = 0x02
NO SEEK COMPLETE

Please help with this error. How do I correct this error and be able to record to mp3?
