Everytime I shut down from Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard on a G4 Sawtooth (450MHz), the Mac's screen shuts off, but it stays on for another 20 seconds or so. Is it saying a silent "thank you for giving me Leopard" Message?

I have the exact same issue on a MacBook Pro 2.33 GHz. Every time I shut down the screen turns off but the computer itself stays running a little while longer. Like you, I am running Leopard.

This happens to me occasionally as well, I'm using a 2.0Ghz iMac G5 (1st gen w/o iSight). Weird, must be a bug that affects only some models?
