I have installed XP pro on an iMac (20" 2.4 Alu - 10.5.1).
I have now purchased Vista Ultimate (32) and want to delete the XP partition and start again, this time using Vista. The problem is that when I launch BootCamp, I get the first welcome, but when I click continue, it just hang and the mac refuses to switch off! ![]() Any suggestions as to what is going on and what I should do will be very much appreciated. Thanks for the reply Red Sox,
This is what I am trying to do but it needs to be done through BootCamp and BootCamp is not responding! Even if I manually delete the partition, I will be unable to install Vista without bootcamp. ![]() I hope someone can help. |

Well, in the end, I managed to install from within XP.
![]() The funny thing though, is that now Vista is installed, BootCamp works again in Loepard! ![]() /Bongolo |
