I want to get an itouch for christmas but I really don't want to get it and then have one with 30 gigs roll out in January. Is there any chance of this?

30 GB? Don't think so. If you want capacity you want a HD-based device.

Not likely. The cost of 32gb nand flash modules still cost as much as an entire 16GB touch IIRC.

that wont happen til atleast a year from now...

get the 16 for now..

safari on it is enough to by it..
