DirectX10 card for mac? (bootcamp)
Is there, or will there be a Macintosh graphic card that supports DirectX10 ?

Well, if you mean supporting it under bootcamp, then the 8600s in the MBPs and the 2400/2600s in the imacs already support DX10.

DX10 has nothing to do with OS X, so in that sense - no, never.
As Muncher mentioned, the 8600 and Radeon HD2xxx cards support DX10 in Windows. The next range of cards for the Mac Pro will as well (the current cards do not).

DX10 is for gaming. It is not necessary for gaming though. DX10 is sort of a bust right now from what I can see. No real advantage and worse framerates. OpenGL is better for 3D graphics work.
