Has anyone heard of a way to get any of the wireless LAN cards (Orinoco/Lucent/WaveLAN/etc) to work with a Newton? They spec as 5volt 16-bit PCMCIA cards, so we're basically down to just needing a driver. Any ideas?

They do indeed fit... Back when I was a wireless technician (briefly) I had a MP120 i think? and we were discussing how it would work... We decided the MP2000 series could very easily accomodate one of these, since the driver would be small and easy to make. Lucent had been looking into this type of thing at the time, but then it spun into Orinoco and I haven't heard anything since.
Would be interesting if someone picked up on it and wrote the driver... Might get me interested in Newtons again...
