i got some NetComm router here because I wanted two computers on the cable connection. So I configure it according to the manual and it decides it can't connect for some reason. My ISP is Telstra so only some of you Aussies will know it. We got another connection downstairs for various reasons which is going through a DLink router and that works flawlessly. Any ideas?

I don't know if this is the problem, but for my router, we had to call the cable company and get another isp added to the account.
