iPod iPod Playlist Folder Help

i got the 30gb ipod and when i plug it in, it shows all my playlist albums, but it always puts the albums in alphabetical order, how do i set this to manual, i called apple, and they didnt know either, i got the songs in folders in order i just need the playlists in order on itunes and ipod
