AirDisk: can you limit access according to computer or user?

I'm considering buying an AirPort and since I have an external HD, I'm thinking of using the AirDisk feature.

Is there a way to block others from accessing the disk?

And does AirDisk and Time Machine work properly yet? I heard it didn't work.
