iPod touch Nesting Bookmarks in Folders

How do I nest sites I've bookmarked into folders on my Touch? I can add the marks, create new folders and reorder them under EDIT, but can't figure out how to drop them into the folders I've made.

when you are in edit you click on the site, you are taken to a new page, click bookmark, and then select the folder you want it in.
