iPod touch I cant get a movie on my iPod.

I bought Ratatouille before I got my iPod and now I'm trying to get it on my iPT and I can't because all sorts of errors are coming up.

for ex: "the owners ipod cannot be synced. The required disk cannot be found"



My ipod is clearly plugged in??? I click "owners ipod" I go to movies, I select Ratatouille and click sync and then these erros come up... Help????

please, it still wont go on.... i researched and tried everything I can think of.

NEW PROBLEM~
I bought Classico by Tenacious D (funny song, btw) and then I bought (You want to make) A memory by Bon Jovi... and the album artwork for Classico is the Bon Jovi album artwork on my iPod....

I had to try more than once to sync, but I eventually got all themusic on but I did not get the move on... still.

and im on windows.
