isync and Moto T 720

I have a Motorola T 720 and a G4 running iSync 1.1, I bought the usb cable but iSync is not recognizing the phone when it is pluged in. I used the "Add Device" but it returned the message "No devices Found" Is there anything i have to download, both the iSync and Motorola site dont have any info that seams to help. Thanks alot
