Man i love this little gadget!!! my wife got me the 8GB Black nano, so far very very happy with it, now i need to get a nice Mac Pro to go with it and get away from windows. I one step closer to becoming a Mac person. oh 1 question if i delete songs off of it does it get fragmented? or wear out after a certain period? IE the falsh memory going bad or wearing out?

Don't sweat it. You'll be lusting for a newer, shinier, higher-capacity iPod many many years before this one will wear out. When it finally does die on you, if you've kept it that long, you'll see it as a happy excuse to upgrade.
