Hi, I have this problem.
First of all, my Mac says everything it does! I mean no matter what I do, it says that I am doing that
Second of all, it has two things of everything (two restards, two shutdowns, two logouts!) please help!

Navigate to the following folder.

Users > YOUR USERNAME > Library > Preferences

move com.apple.universalaccess.plist to your desktop

Restart

Actually, nvm, i found the file. But nothing happened! Plus, I get this black box around anything I select!
What is the hell is the matter? I should say that I needed the root power, so I did enable root username. is that the problem now? tnx

You have VoiceOver turned on which can be disabled within the Universal Access Preference pane.

Not sure about your other problem.

Thanks, the voice problem is solved.
Now what about the other problem?
The funny thing is that, as I said, I have two Restart, Shutdown, Log off, one shown as the action, and one as action... (for example, Restart vs Restart...).
What the hell is that?
Thanks

Problem Solved!:

As Fistful said, all I had to do was to turn VoiceOver off, and do a little restart, and everything was back to normal! Thanks for all the help
