iphone camera not working

while copying pics from my iphone to iphoto i selected the option to delete pics from the camera after copying in iphoto and ever since the cam doesnt work in iphone, it doesnt save the pics i click on my iphone. please help me fix this problem 🙁
 
Only way I found to overcome this problem was to perform a restore without a backup. ie after the restore, opt to install as a new phone rather than loading on any saved info. You'll need to re-do all your contacts, bookmarks etc afterwards. Pain in the backside I know.

Thank you Aquashack. it sure sounds like a good idea to restore. but before that i want to let you know that I'm using a unlocked iphone in india....so do you think it will still work after restoring or do i have to get it unlocked again ? please help
