Reducing size of Leopard text

Hi there, Just wondering if there is a way to reduce the size of text for things such as right click and the menu items?

I had a look through system preferences but couldn't find anything. Is this even possible without a hack?

I personally haven't ever heard of anything for that other than changing your screen resolution (I know, dumb suggestion).
