Help with .plist Editing

Hi.
I just did the extra preferences hack.
Which is really just replacing some .plist files.

But I soon realized that I only enjoy to of the extras, the Usage gauge, and the shortcut to Wallpapers.

So my question is, can anybody with considerable .plist editing skills edit the attached .plist files so they will only add the Wallpaper shortcut, and the Usage Gauge?

At the very least, is somebody will to post their General.plist and Touch.plist files so, if nobody helps edit the altering .plists, I can restore my Touch to its original options?

Im sorry, I forgot to clarify.

Do you, or anybody, have the original ones?
I copied those, but I still have the basic Preferences.

Even sending your entire Preferences.app folder would be helpful.
