Just tried to verify my dual G5 on the website and it didn't work. I spoke to someone on the phone who said I should fax or mail in an order form becasue the G5 serials aren't verifying correctly on the website. When asked how I could verify that my order was received she gave a long pause and said she guessed I could call in a few days, but Panther wasn't shipping till the end of the month, so don't expect it till november. This really hurt my feelings.
