Outlook 'contacts' .CSV files to transfer to Mac Address book
Problem: I have synced my HP iPAQ contact list with Outlook on the Windows
side of my Mac. I got an iPod Touch and am now happily ready to take a hammer to the iPAQ!! I tried to export my contact list from Outlook as a .CSV file and save it on a USB with the intention to transfer the list to the iPod. When I boot up the Mac side and try to import contacts to 'Address Book' from this same file, it does not work. Even though I saved the list in every different .CSV option Outlook offered, none were recognized by 'Address Book'. Before I resort to cutting and pasting 140 contacts and notes, is there any other way to make this work? Last edited by FlyBajan; Jan 7, 2008 at 10:10 AM. |
