Recording Audio Question

Hi all.

So...Im recording in Deck I really love that program. But Im going directly into my imac ( new flat screen ) but the recording level is VERY low. Is there any way to boost the input signal ?

hope this was clear, hope some can help.

have you adjusted the input level in the sound system pref? if so then the only other real option would be to use a pre-amp and plug into that and that into the mac.
