I recently called Apple and ordered the update since I got one of the "we like you" emails from them. The guy said that some resellers would have it very soon and that I might get lucky.. so I went ahead and paid the $20 non refundable he says, and then just for grins, CAlled Hardin Computer, a local authorized reseller and sure enough the guy, we'll call him Tim, said they would have some free copies on Saturday, (today). It will have the manual, 9.2.1 and the upgrade he said..

Oh well, maybe $20 will help apple bring out the new laptops faster..
