Finally.

A few years ago (around 2004-2005 I think) we had a levy on mp3 players, I remember paying about $15 for my 15 gb iPod. When they got rid of that I was so happy.

Then i heard it was coming back! That was terrible. I'm glad it's not allowed, it doesn't seem fair that because i MIGHT put copyrighted music I don't own on my iPod, I should pay the record companies just in case.
