For those of you who've tried using CarraFix to speed up Bit Torrent what port number are you giving it? I read that if you forwarded posts 6881 to 6889 on your router the download speed would increase so I gave it a shot, restarted my computer and daaaamn! It really did make a hell of a difference... my DL speeds that were around 15 to 20 KB jumped up to around 80-100 KB 😱

I was also wondering about reporting your IP address to the tracker. Will it make the DL speeds faster after getting around the NAT (Network Address Translation) the firewall sets up?

Just to drop .02¢ in here - there's nothing wrong with discussing this app (I approved the link...) but before it even comes up as an issue, lets keep the discussion to the app itself, and not what it "does."
