This is for a school assignment, and I can't find it in my system profiler - or don't know where to look. I need this info:

Motherboard Manufacturer
Motherboard Model

BIOS Manufacturer
BIOS Version

Hard Drive Interface Type
Hard Drive Interface Speed

I have a 2.33 Macbook Pro 15" if that helps anyone. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like the questions are geared at Pee Cees not Macs! This is all information that splurges onto the screen when you boot a PC, or you can see it by accessing the BIOS. Macs don't bother the user with such irrelevance.

Was about to answer, but robert.j.strain beat me to it.

Additional info:

The hard drive interface specs are in System Profiler. Look under Serial-ATA.

For EFI, check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extensible_Firmware_Interface.
