iPhone not ringing when in sleep mode

Anyone else experiencing this? When my phone is in sleep mode it won't ring during an incoming call. It won't do anything. It started after updating 1.1.3. Whenever i wake it up, the incoming call screen appears for half a second then disappears and I have a missed call. Any help?
 
The same thing happens to me, I'm still on 1.1.2. Also, my wi-fi no longer works. The option in the settings is grayed out and can't be click on.
