Buy used iMac at VA Tech auction. OS was wiped. Can't get CD tray to open to install new OS. Have tried pushing and holding down keyboard eject key, holding down mouse key while restarting. Have hooked up external cd drive and tried starting with Command C and nothing but blinking question mark. Any thoughts?
