Convert Quicktime movie file to MPEG-4 movie to put on iPod
Is there a free program that converts Quicktime movie files to MPEG-4 files so that I can put it on my iPod Classic?

iSquint and VisualHub are the two I always hear thrown around. I always forget which one is free though.
