iPhone Timer adding 19 seconds to countdown!?

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this really bizarre problem?? When using the countdown timer (use it for cooking, to time stuff!!) no matter what time I set it to countdown from it always adds 19 more seconds!!

1 minute becomes 1.19 etc etc!! Its not really an issue, just really strange and wondering if anyone knows how to fix it without restoring the phone as that seems a bit pointless!! Only a small thing and doubt anything will get badly burnt (when cooking!!) but an issue nonetheless!!!

So is anyone else out there getting their dinner ever so slightly overcooked? :)

My timer adds 8 seconds to the time. It is quite annoying!
 
I had this problem and fixed it!

Dead simple

settings - general - Reset - reset all settings

IT WILL DELETE YOUR ALARMS..but aside from that it will fix the timer!
