Time Machine Background

Is the time machine background (the stars moving toward you) a video file that is looped somewhere I can find to play?
I know the welcome/intro movie is a video file, so im just curious.

I was thinking about making it a wallpaper. -shrug-
 
I think it is generated by the computer rather than being pre rendered. The image file is here

/System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Resources/vortex.png

There are also lots of image files for various stars which lead me to the thought given above.
