macOS Renaming files with Automator

I'm new to this form and new to working with automator and have a complicated task to perform, at least for me.

I want to take folders labeled:

08jan01
08jan02
08jan03

then rename the 08jan03 folder to read 08jan04,
the 08jan02 folder to read 08jan03
the 08jan01 folder to read 08jan02

This is just a short example I would like to do it with up to 10 files at a time.

It is probably a easy task to perform but my brain hurts just thinking about it.
