iPod touch 1.1.3 Problem

I have a problem. When I use the Safari application and click on the "+" symbol, it only brings up "Add Bookmark" and not the webclip functions. The "+" symbol has been moved to the bottom now instead of the top-left, which I expected. Also I cannot do the "wiggle" thing with my home screen icons. Do I need to buy the January Software Upgrade to do these things or not ? Plz Help, Thx

Those are features of the January applications, not 1.1.3.

After jailbreaking to 1.1.3, I must say that all the trouble I went through was worth a bit more than $20. I may end up shelling out the cash eventually if the SDK prices are reasonable.

Consider paying for the apps before jailbreaking. (Webclips are groovy.)
