MacBook Display Issue

Hey guys. I'm looking at a MacBook now (white 1.83GHz CD), and it seems like it thinks it's connected to an external display. I have the display icon in the menu bar, and there are two displays showing up: Color LCD (the normal MacBook display) and "Display" which has resolutions of 640x480 & 800x600. Anyone know why this is happening?
