My Only Leopard Bug: Upon (some) start-up(s), keyboard is CAPS and NUM locked...

Only, the two buttons are not illuminated. So, upon typing, I get all capital letters. If I depress the caps lock key (thereby making it "on", i.e.-green LED is lit), then the letters are lowercase. Same goes for the num lock key. If i depress it, then the num lock is "off", even though the green LED is on. Anyone else getting this?

BlackBook, Oct. 2007, 2.16GHz, 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD.
