If Apple and NBC have bad relationships now, then why...?

I was watching NBC recently and I saw a lot of Apple product placement. In one show (this is in the show, not a commercial), I saw at least 2 shots of an iMac with the logo uncovered, and at least 3 shots of a MacBook Pro. This doesn't make sense to me because aren't Apple and NBC supposed to have bad relations right now? Hmmm....

They've apparently kissed & made up recently.

In any case, the network doesn't control product placement, the show's producers & studio do. NBC doesn't actually make the show.

If Apple buys the placement, I doubt NBC is going to say no, bad relationship or not.

That product placement has been there for years now.
