HELP : Summerboard 3.1-1 - Package download failed?

Everytime I try installing Summerboard 3.1-1 i get an message that says:

ERROR
Package download failed!

Anyone knows why this is so? And how I can correct the error?

i get that too! i don't know why but i restart my iPod and then it works for a short period of time.

i had this problem too, but i finally got it to download after restarting the internet and ipod a few times

-need help also-

but now when ever i download a theme, summerboard won't see the theme, so i can't pick it in the prefs

There is a fix:Themes currently download into
/private/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes
just copy the themes out of there and into
/private/var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Themes

Install community sources. then BigBoss sources. BigBoss has a tweak that fixes this error.

you mean shutting off the ipod and turning it back on again?
