Question marks have taken the place of icons on my dock
I ran a Time Machine restoration on my Mac Pro last night, and now I have several applications in my dock that won't work. A question mark has replaced the icons in the dock, and the applications will not open. Is there a way to fix this without re-downloading everything? I cannot find these programs listed in the Applications folder.

the file path has simply been broken, after the restore, the apps are not in the same location they were when they were originally aliased into the dock. I'd use spotlight to find where they are now and then make a new dock alias
