BIG problems with videos and iPod.
For the past few months I've been able to watch episodes of The Office that were recorded from the DVR on my iPod with absolutely no problem. In the last week or so, every time I try to sync them to my iPod I get the message saying, "THere is a problem syncing these files b/c they cannot be played on this iPod." When I click the files in my iTunes library, they look like what is attached below. Any ideas what's causing that to happen?
