When I had my iPhone for about 2 days, I received an SMS message while the iPhone was in locked status (just stand-by). I pressed the button on top of the phone and the whole sms was displayed over the whole screen, black background & white letters, without displaying the homescreen, which was actually very nice and the SMS was very good readable in the sunlight. I'm still wondering how I managed to got this working, because at some reason my iPhone doesn't do this anymore. I tried several settings in SMSd and iSMS but I can't figure it out..
