Photoshop: Color Profile Problems

im tryin to make a desktop image..in photoshop the color profile is changed to sRGB automatically. outside of photoshop its usually Color LCD (defualt for monitor) so the images displays a little different.. but I want it to display exactly the way it does in sRGB even though im uing Color LCD 🙁 is this possible?
