He actually has some very valid points, so I thought I'd blog about it .

Wow, excellent points! I would ever need a Mac Pro, but it seems to me that if you're in the market for a Mac Pro, it would be wise to buy the "fast" version, save $1600, and just upgrade your system sooner, saving money in the long term.
