Hi all, right now I have the Leopard OS installed on my macbook pro, it was an upgrade from tiger. The thing I want to know is that if I downgraded back to the Tiger OS (yes why would someone do that), would all my programs still be there? I am talking about programs like Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint. I can't install these again because they came with the laptop when I bought it. So I really need to know.

Thank You for your help.

I checked out some sites that talks about upgrade options, some say to do the "archive and install" option. If I do this how can I make programs like Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint work? They came with the laptop like I already mentioned. So can someone please help me.

Thank You

as far as i know, everything should be there. just do the basic install of tiger, and nothing should be erased. i had to go back from tiger to panther because of a hardware problem, and all the software was still there.

you might want to check up somewhere else, because i could be wrong.
