No new folder button?

Did I get it right? The new open/save dialog box (7B85) does not seem allow you to create a new folder from it. Do you have to go all the way to the Finder to make the new folder and then go back to the app to save the file ?
And you still can't change files or folder names.

I've been missing this since OS 7.5

KNEE JERK RESPONSE: No way. They didn't do that! If they did I can't upgrade... that'll just bug the living f#@* out of me. Ability to change files or folder names via the open/save dialog box doesn't effect me.

NON KNEE JERK RESPONSE: This is a lie. You must have had an early beta.

There's certainly a New Folder button in my Save dialogs. I wouldn't expect one in Open dialogs.
