How do u save the videos from iTMS?

iTMS is a proprietary type browser interface and source, so you really can't view it al all, so you can't get to the source of the video.
 
Snapz Pro X 2.0 is due out shortly from Ambrosia Software, and it supposedly has GREAT video capturing and audio capturing. It'll cost like 60 dollars I think, but it'll do the trick.

I recall reading an email I get weekly with Mac tips. It had directions on how to do it, but I deleted it after reading it and don't remember what it was. I was hoping someone around here knew of it.
