10.5.2 has unfortunately broke Saft. I'm curious if there are any alternatives? The only feature I really enjoy is the ability to force every window to open in a tab. So if I can find this else where that would be great.

Thanks.

go into saft folder open the content of the app - resources - saft.bundle and again view the content

there u'll find info.plist

at the end is something like

<key>SaftSupportedSafariBuild</key>
<array>
<string>5523.10.6</string>
<string>5523.10</string>
</array>

just add the string

<string>5523.15</string>

and you'll be able to start saft again

greetings

thank you very much!

Latest Saft update is online at haoli.dnsalias.com. Drag the Saft app from the disk image and let it replace the old version in your Applications folder (or wherever you put it).

If you need to change the way Saft launches (launcher for Safari or input manager), press shift-ctrl while double clicking on the Saft icon.

Saft breaks with every Safari, security, or system update. They usually post an update within 2 to 3 days. I would get use to it as it happens about a dozen times a year.
