Needed: Apple Hardware Test Disk for Sawtooth AGP

I bought my Sawtooth G4/450 AGP used and it didn't come with anything so because of some strange crashes I've been having lately several people have suggested that this disk might be a good way for me to track down some possible issues...

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be most grateful !
