Just installed Panther on a friend's 12" Powerbook. Have one big problem, all the colors are washed out and the fonts are blurry. For example, the gray backgrounds and bars on windows appear to be white on this screen. The problem only happens in one user, not all the users on the computer. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this problem?

Try checking out ColorSync in the System Preferences and changing the profile. When I installed Panther, my PowerBook screen looked washed out, too, so I made a new profile and it looks crisp and rich as ever.
