How much is this PowerBook worth? Brand New.

My University is selling a brand new 15" PowerBook - unopened!
I stumbled on it while checking out their clearance items. Just curious how much something like this would go for... say, on ebay.

ATI mobility Radeon 9700 with 128 MB of DDR SDRAM and dual-link DVI
DVI, VGA, S-video and composite
Combined analog and optical digital line- in, stereo speakers, microphone
8x SuperDrive (DVD+R DL/DVD+-RW/ CD-RW)
(Wi-Fi 802.11 g); built-in Bluetooth 2.0 +EDR
Price:
$899.00

Yeah, $899 sounds about right. That would be the final PowerBook G4 - if anyone wanted a PowerPC system for some reason that would be the one to get.

Well, looks like my bookstore knows what they're doing then. Darn.
It just looked so cheap, as they also have a 17" version of the same specs for $1,399.

Only if you resell it to some sucker. Otherwise hell no thats not a deal. You can get a refurbished macbook for around that price which is better in pretty much every category.
